We’ve been wearing glasses a long time. But for most of that time, it was no fun. We thought that good glasses needed to be expensive. We thought we had to choose from the boring frames available at the optometrist. We thought we had to wear the same frames as everybody else...

The revelation came as we started doing some research. In the eyewear world, the average business model is outdated. The process simply has too many steps. So we decided to do things differently.

Lunet was founded by brothers Ștefan and Alexandru in 2019

We design the glasses ourselves, in our Bucharest office. They are manufactured by experienced craftspeople and sold exclusively through our signature stores and website. We deliver them directly to you, without further intermediaries. This way, we're able to cut unnecessary costs that customers otherwise pay for.
